Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of the SwoonLine V3 connected Android app, its supporting website pages and support services. By downloading, accessing or using V3, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy (https://crushlinegame.com/privacy/). If you do not agree, do not use V3.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. SwoonLine is fictional interactive entertainment and does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological or relationship advice.
2. Developer and contact

3. Connected accounts
V3 requires an internet connection for account access and connected game services. Before entering, you must accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy, confirm that you are at least 18, and choose Guest or Google sign-in.
An unlinked Guest account may not be recoverable after device loss, app-data clearing or moving to another device. You can use the Google-linking control in Player Settings to keep an eligible Google identity with your current SwoonLine account. Signing into a different account does not transfer or merge progress, gems or purchases.
We may restrict an account for security, fraud, unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Gems and Google Play purchases
V3 offers consumable gem purchases through Google Play. The current packs contain 20, 40, 100 or 200 base gems. The first qualifying purchase of each pack on a SwoonLine account includes a 20% bonus, for totals of 24, 48, 120 or 240 gems respectively. Further purchases of that pack provide its base amount. The app and Google Play show the applicable price and currency before purchase; regional prices may differ.
Our server must verify a purchase before granting gems. Pending, cancelled or invalid transactions do not grant gems. Rechecking the same verified purchase does not grant it a second time. Purchases are associated with the SwoonLine account used for them.
Some story choices, media, unlocks or other game actions use gems at the game price shown for that action. Confirming such an action spends gems from your account; it does not itself make another Google Play purchase. Free content and earned rewards may also be available as shown in the app. V3 does not apply the earlier V2 limited-free treatment to every gem-priced action.
Gems and other virtual items are licensed game features, not money, legal tender, property or stored value. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for cash, or used outside SwoonLine.
5. Purchase problems, refunds and adjustments
If a purchase is pending or gems appear to be missing, open Bank → Sync purchase status or contact support@crushlinegame.com. Do not repeat a purchase just to retry delivery.
Refunds and payment disputes are handled under the applicable Google Play process and law. A refund or reversal may cause the corresponding gem grant to be removed. If refunded gems have already been spent, later gem credits from Google Play purchases may first offset that in-game shortfall. This is a gem-balance adjustment, not authorization for a new charge to your payment method. A refund does not reset the first-purchase bonus already used on that account and pack.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or an applicable Google Play refund process. Deleting your SwoonLine account does not itself submit a refund request.
6. License, content and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and applicable store terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SwoonLine for non-commercial entertainment. The app, stories, artwork, audio, interface, software and trademarks are owned by or licensed to us.
Do not use SwoonLine unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or for unauthorized commercial purposes. Do not bypass security or account controls, manipulate virtual balances, distribute modified packages, remove notices or introduce malicious code. Do not reproduce, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit protected content except where a non-waivable law permits it.
7. Availability, changes and deletion
The connected service is not currently offered in mainland China. Availability may vary by country or region. V3 depends on internet connectivity and third-party platforms. We may update, correct, change, suspend or discontinue features, stories, rewards or technical requirements while respecting mandatory consumer rights. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device or restoration of an unlinked Guest account after device loss.
You may permanently delete your V3 account through Player Settings → Permanently delete account or the Delete account page (https://crushlinegame.com/delete-account/). Deletion removes access to that account, its progress, balance and game entitlements. Certain payment records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy. A deleted account's purchases cannot be claimed again by a new account.
We may end the license if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability and dispute provisions, continue after termination.
8. Disclaimers, liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, SwoonLine is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss arising from use of SwoonLine.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable store terms form the agreement governing SwoonLine V3.
9. Changes and contact
These Terms may change when the app or law changes. The current version will show its effective date. Questions may be sent to support@crushlinegame.com.
Earlier editions
The earlier V1 offline edition keeps its game data on the device. The V2 connected edition has its own account and limited-free service model. The September 2, 2026 policy and service information for those editions remain available below. This V3 update does not erase the earlier terms or promise an automatic transfer of accounts, progress or gems between separate environments.
